Additional Seller Ratings

I'm just leaving feedback for sellers on my buying account and have noticed the following two options appear (seemingly randomly) beneath some sellers when I've left their star rating:

How do you rate your experience with this seller?

Describe your buying experience. Did you receive a good service? Would you buy from this seller again?250 character(s) maximum250 characters left

Is this new or is it merely an indication that I don't leave feedback very often? :p

EDIT - And what are the implications for low ratings/comments received via this method, if any?

I had this the other day. I assumed it was because I bought off a TRS. I assumed because I normally avoid TRS that was the reason i'd never seen it before.

    Don't panic......

Ebay are trialling a new feedback system. It is nothing to do with sellers being TRS or otherwise. Ebay are particularly vague and will not confirm whether certain buyers/sellers are opted in (without their knowledge) to trial this, or whether it is certain items or certain cartergories that are opted in or whether it is random.

I have seen it a couple of times on different I.D's but don't get it all the time on those IDs??

I haven't seen it but it's good to know that eBay are trying very hard to make sure buyers get to have their say...to the point of repeating themselves over and over.
