Strange eBayer

So i have an auction for and item - potential buyer emails me asks if i do the same thing on BIN i send polite email back straight away as i was online when she emailed me saying sorry no BIN price auction end sunday anyway - so she emails me back and says thanx no probs

then later i get an email saying she found it on US ebay BIN much cheaper than i sell it for (well only £4 when u add the shipping) - Why??? what is the point in that, i felt a bit annoyed seeing as id been really polite anyway - some people are just horrible - sorry had to vent

and anyway id have posted it monday and she would have had it tues or weds think her US seller will take a bit longer....lol

  • Sounds like a total timewaster, at the end of the day if she doesn't like your price, she doesn't have to bid on your auction, so why get in contact in the first place?! Also, getting anything sent over from the States won't be cheap. Buyers like this really grate with me too, best thing to do is just ignore them, and then add them to your block bidder list, that's what I do anyway
  • It's true there are some loons on Ebay. Takes all sorts to make a world though...

I think you worry too much - do you really care what she thinks?

I'd have replied: "Thank you so much for letting me know. I recommend you purchase the cheaper one. I hope you have no problems with the international transaction."

Just enough of a hint to sow the seeds of doubt. :rotfl:
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
