Are Bovis houses any good and should I part exchange?

Hi all,
I currently have a flat on the market (May) and unfortunately it does not appear to be shifting! I was intially in two minds whether to let it or sell it, and opted for selling as didn't want the potential agro from letting. As time goes by I'm leaning closer to letting as I'm keen to move.
Today I saw a number of new build's (Bovis under construction) in an area that I am looking to move in to reduced in value. They also offer an part exchange scheme. I have always avoided brand new houses for fear of stuff being wrong with them etc.
Can anybody offer any experience with this company or generally when buying a new build. I'm guessing that when part-ex'ing they are bound to under value?
Thanks in advance

I love my Bovis house ! My house has a very good build quality, there was not much snagging and attentive customer service for the little things that do need sorting0
