Burning DVDs-really confused!

Help! I'm so confused!

I have got a Dell dimension 1100 PC and want to put some photos on a DVD to music if possible. I have bought some Phillips DVD + RW 4.7 GB data 1-4 certified speed (whatever that means). What do i do now? Do I need a special program and if so where do I get it from? I really need as much advice as anyone can give me. I'm not at all technically minded so please please make things as simple as possible for me!

Thank you all!

  • Simply as buy Nero 7, a free 30 day demo is available from there website. it is possible that your system as ready as burner software (software used to create cds and dvds) but Nero is regarded as the best main stream commerial software on the market.

It could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.

    Memories on TV
is a great software program you can create transition effects from one photo to another add sound add a menu, zoom in and out of your photographs too.
you can also burn the saved file with the software too so you dont need to buy nero!
heres a link have a look at some of the examples shown

your looking for a slide show creator basically and one in which you can add music files to it to play on your television. do a search for dvd slide show creators or try the Memories on TV link above and trial the software to see if you like it.

burning software is not the same as slide show creation. I think nero may possibly have it as part of its software set but, anyway your looking for a dvd slide show creator.
