I've just noticed that our dear friend Chucky has deleted all comments on threads he's started! Do you think (re this thread) he's embarrased about his Investment in Polaris World? :rotfl:

Mystic Meg is trying to do a bit of trolling especially revisiting a thread that's nearly four years old that he's had no input to previously... he's tried derailing another thread on another board unfortunately. a pretty sad man.

Ah, a Polaris world thread. Looks like a good place to bring this subject up.

So Chucky - which of the two claims you made to me about this property (about which you have now deleted all your postings) is true?

Did you get the deposit back as you originally claimed or did you flip it as you claimed the second time I mentioned the subject?

The only thing you seem to be definitive on is that you made a nice profit as you claimed in both versions of your story.

    Yours inquisitively,

    !!!!!!?

Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.
