It's impossible to get clear information fro what's on the internet. Even what's on the photobox page isn't consistent because although the T&Cs say only photobooks at the top of the page it mentions collages, posters and prints.
I called customer services earlier and the fella I spoke to first of all said it was only for hardback photobooks but then went and had a look at an example of the voucher information that wold be sent and said it would be valid for collages and large poster prints as well (he didn't know the exact size but said he thought larger than 12 inches).
But he said definitely not valid for standard size prints.0 -
It's definitely the "side deal" if your selected city is London:
Yes, but that is only obvious to people who live in London. Normal users get defaulted to their nearest City, and the offer is not seen.
There is no 'Search' facility on the Groupon site (and the site is incredibly slow) - I only stumbled on the Photobox offer after changing 'City' to London as a last resort.
Would we worth mentioning in the main notice about this offer to save everyone (except Londoners) getting frustrated?0 -
Everytime I try to buy, it's telling me to contact an administrator because of a fault. Has anyone else had that problem? how did you overcome?
thanks
:j0 -
I am gettng the same error, to contact my administrator grrrr. Maybe they've sold too many
EDIT: was using firefox, just tried IE sucessfully ???0 -
I was thinking that... at least I know I'm not alone and can stop growling... the count of people buying is going up and up so I think they've probably reached their limit...
Oh well... another photobox deal will come along soon. They're a bit like buses...:rotfl:0 -

Thanks for this - I was after two photobooks anyway. The books I saw in Boots (which are Photobox ones) were really nice quality, much better than the photobooks that Tesco were selling.0

Just wanted to add that when Groupon had a similar Photobox offer a while ago, I bought a £30 voucher for use on hardcover photobooks. Photobox then emailed me (I'm an existing customer so on their mailing list) about a 2 for 1 offer on the same books - A4, personalised cover, start at £29.99 - and I was able to redeem my Groupon for 2 books! The Groupon was treated like a gift voucher for £30, not an offer code, so both could be input in the same transaction.
I'm not saying for sure that the same will apply to this Groupon, but unless you want the book right now, it might be worth hanging on to see if they do another 2 for 1 offer and see if it lets you combine the two again.
Oh, and just for future reference, you can get 10% cash back on Groupon purchases through TopCashBack.0
