My husband and I are looking for a property to by. We sold our flat for quite a good price (hated living there) and we're lodging with my in-laws for a bit. We're looking for a home, not an investment, and we can afford what we're looking at, even if rates increase, or one of us isn't working.
I would hate to rent, although would if there were no other option. I want a home I can call my own, somewhere I love, can do what I want to the property. I think it's very rare to find that in a rental property, or that's been my experience of it. It's always someone elses property...0 -
