I seal my jars in the large food savour canister. I am looking for the wide mouth jar sealer for my larger jars but cannot find any cheap (er) ones.
If anyone finds a reasonable price one please give me a shout0 -
Hi
Does anyone own this? It's the compact version of the other. Was looking at a vacuum sealer and this caught my eye due to the well compactness!
I've been reading this thread and ans lot talk about .80 bar of pressure. this says it's 0.75. will the .05 make a difference?
Would be compatible with other manufacturer bags?
thanks
(new guy so i can't post a link) just went to the Eiffel freshpack pro website as someone mentioned a few posts back and there is a £40 compact model. It's this one i'm referring to in post #438 Jazzy_B Old 06-08-2013, 8:54 AM

Hi I'm thinking of investing in a vacuum pack sealer so I can cook and freeze my meals all at once.
I would love to know if any of you ladies use one and are they worth the money or not.0 -
I bought one from a tv shop. it did not seal a bag so went in the bin. I did not send it back as you have to pay return postage. The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0

I have one and it saves me a fortune as I buy meat in bulk (makro or somewhere) and you can then freeze big chunks of it without freezer burn and save money, you can go to butchers or other wholesalers for deals on large amounts too. It doesn't have to be frozen, you can keep it in the fridge for longer if it is sealed too.0
