another if it's lost not my problem seller

Another seller who claims the buyer must claim if item is lost in post, thought with the amount of feedback he/she would know better by now. URL="http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150031383563&ssPageName=ADME:B:EF:UK:11"][/URL]

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.
  • i've just get sellers, that dont help. just a reply saying its in the post. ended up doing a Paypal claim

I'm a powerseller, and usually for UK items, once the 3 weeks is up, I will refund all costs to the buyer, unless i have a duplicate item. then pursue the RM claim myself
  • From a buyer's persepctive I just stay clear of these sellers.

Peronally these days ebay is not that much cheaper, and with most high streets / reputable web and telesales firms simply sending you a replacement or giving you your money event if the postal service fails then it's not worth the agro of using ebay sometimes.

Is he allowed to state he accepts cash?
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
  • He can accept cash... on pickup only.

The T&C's aren't an encouragement to buy from him/her. I'd be incline to steer clear.
