ended up doing a Paypal claim
I'm a powerseller, and usually for UK items, once the 3 weeks is up, I will refund all costs to the buyer, unless i have a duplicate item. then pursue the RM claim myself0 -
From a buyer's persepctive I just stay clear of these sellers.
Peronally these days ebay is not that much cheaper, and with most high streets / reputable web and telesales firms simply sending you a replacement or giving you your money event if the postal service fails then it's not worth the agro of using ebay sometimes.0 -
