Non pay item on ebay

I recently listed two coffee grinders on e bay, both sold, but the cash only came through for one of them. I waited a week and then reported the non payment to ebay, can I relist the grinder now????? I still have had no response from the buyer. Also I presume I can add negative feedback? Its almost 3 weeks since the listed finished.

As it's been 3 weeks since the auction ended and you've had no contact or payment from the bidder I would file a non-paying bidder report with Ebay and relist the item asap, it's been long enough. You could leave a neg stating they are a npb but they could always neg you back in retaliation..
