Cleaning wipes

Hi, do you find the wet wipes for cleaning good to use and economical? I use them because they are easier and do seem more hygienic rather than having wet cloths hanging around and I find with the wipes the dirt and cat hairs etc cling to them rather than move around the surfaces. I also find the floor ones good because now I don't even use a mop bucket, just use a mop to push one around the floor.
Does anyone else find them good or are they not as economical as using bottles of cleaner?

I tend to have a load of dishcloths and microfibre cloths, just chuck them in the washer with everything else when I've used them.0

Hi, thanks for your replies. I used to use the cloths and put them in the wash but found that a bit faffy.
What do you use to clean the kitchen and bathroom floors? I don’t tend to buy a load of different cleaning products if I can help it?0 -
I like them for the reasons you say, about picking up dust and hair. I guess it is because we don't clean that often (naughty!) but in the bathroom especially there is so much dust; it is a pain having to dust first and then use cleaning fluids; and if surfaces are slightly damp you can't really dust anyway. I just use the cheap supermarket ones and pick up dust at the same time as cleaning. Only for the bathroom really though, the kitchen doesn't get as dusty and I just use a sponge and some mr muscle or whatever.0

I use Stardrops for everything. You can either dilute it for washing floors, benches, bathroom etc., or you can use it neat on stubbon stains. I used a squirt of neat on the ceramic hob and it brings it up nice and shiny. Here I go again on my own....0 -
I have a couple of e-cloths for the bathroom, more expensive than the 'bog' standard microfibre cloths but remove every speck of dust and smears. Leave the taps spotless. Bathroom floor gets mopped, the kitchen swept and if it needs cleaning I just use the older dishcloths (they kind of get rotated, newer ones for worktops, older ones for the floor).
Stardrops is ace. All you need is that and hot water.
And when I say I wash them, they just get thrown in when I'm doing the washing, I have loads and loads of them. The most elderly holey ones get used for deep-cleaning the oven and grill and then slung.0
