See if you can find a spa that do hydrotherm massage. I'm six months gone and absolutely love them now the back ache has started to kick in a bit. It's a really relaxing massage, you lay on your back on a heated water mattress, they are ideal for pregnant woman as it eliminates the need to lay on your front.

Also at this moment in time I would suggest you buy her jaffa cakes, but maybe that just me!

i know you say potions and lotions are a bit 'normal' i can definatly say that if it helps prevent stretch marks im sure shed appreciate it.

people (me included) forget to look after their belly skin when pregnant forgetting that it stretches waaaaayyyyy beyond its normal size and unless they are really lucky stretch marks are inevitable. it also itches really bad as it stretches, so a nice cream that will keep her skin moisturised will hopefully help reduce stretch marks and will hopefuly stop itching lol. there are alot of nice ones available, i think boots do some good ones.

which someone had done something that nice for me when i was pregnant shes lucky to have you as a friend. and if anyone was nice enough to give me cream i might not have a road map for a stomach :D

A voucher for a spa where she can get a pedicure in a few months time when she can't reach her feet!
If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!
  • Aww thanks!
I'll keep a look out for the creams on my next shop :-)

How about some babysitting vouchers for her to use when the baba arrives, the thought of a break might be nice in the first few months?! xx
