Business Insurance On Second Job

Hi All,
I have tried searching for an answer on this, but I haven't been able to find anything.
Basically, here is the story:
I am employed full time as a Sales Assistant in a retail shop.... however, I am also self employed as a Sound Technician/Audio Hire Company.
I need to get my car insurance (Vauxhall Zafira) on a policy that will cover my second job with business use.
I have tried a couple of insurers, but none of them seem to be able to help.
I don't do a lot of mileage for business purposes (circa 4000 p.a.), but I need to be able to be covered if I am transporting speakers or driving to a gig with an empty car.
Is anyone able to help? Please

Perhaps I'm missing something, but can't you treat your self employment as your main line of work, insure your Zafira to include use in connection with that business. By doing so, wouldn't you then also be covered for commuting to your employed Sales Assistant job?0

His job tho is sales assistant and the self employed is part time employment, these need to be answered correctly.0

The OP's problem is to do with his p/t job being involved with the entertainment industry. Off the peg online insurers normally don't "like" that occupation.
See a local broker.0 -
Thanks for all the responses!
I don't know if this would break any forum rules, but does anyone know any good brokers that would be able to help?
I have searched Google, and found nothing but online comparison websites and such.
A PM would be good if discussion of this isn't allowed.
Once again, thank you very much!0 -
You might find Bryan James may be able to cover it http://www.musiciansinsurance.co.uk/
If you have the equipment covered you may find the company who cover it will be able to offer a reasonable motor quote.
P.S Please please avoid E & L aka Entertainment and Leisure0
