Hmmmm...there has been a rather worrying incessant dripping from just outside the utility tonight....and on investigation it is coming from the eaves and soaking the outside wall.

So in a fit of panic, I rang Uncle Z for his sage advice (on this and other matters :cool:).......and I now don;t think it;s a leaking waste pipe from the en suite (but until daylight I can;t be sure). Hopefully it;s being caused by the rather efficient convector heater currently keeping the Saniflo frost-free (and the mice in their beachware)

I did however suddenly see what has happened to my jasmine bush outside the back door....the icicles are breathtaking

Awwww.....That was a very special day for me too Taxi...such a lovely gathering of peepies........("the night before the morning after" ).....and the following day was The Rave.......which was just as special - if a tad "busier".

So glad you enjoyed it
