4 years ??? shiny new diary ??? jeez, time flies...glad to hear you sounding so chipper 'bout things. Will have to make note to pop in more regular, like, to keep updated. Quick note - I am now metal-less in leg again (apart from the staples holding the entry wounds together  ) :j so, I'll have time over the next couple of weeks to pop in more :)

Keep chin up, smile on your face, and I'll cya soon

p.s. aunty smashed - sooooo bad luck 'bout the nail ;):D

    Yay :j:j:j:j

Great to see you all on here - welcome back all - particularly Penguin, Angel, Louise and Gun jack :T:T:T

Will reply individually over the next few days

Well - what a difference a day makes :rotfl::rotfl:(I DO believe young Numpty posted a link to this song a few months ago ;))

So as of tonight I now
    a) hopefully will be adopting 3 new lady piggies for my boys in early September :D:D
b)Have spent this afternoon with KC and am reassured that she has the appropriate support in readiness for her big move on wednesday :T:T:T...You GO Hun ;)
    c) Frozen a load of fresh pineapple that was decaying in my fridge :o
    d) Blanched and frozen all my bean crop to date ;)
    e) Got a lovely table base from KC to put my old oak boards on to create a new cage stand for Piggie Palace - plus an original vintage Beldray ironing board in red to match my new colour scheme :T:T (thanx hun :D)
    f) Out of the blue......Got some work for September :j:j
    g) Got my first decent night's sleep last night for the first time in 6 months :T:T:T
    h) Confirmed my minder availability for my hospital day op on tuesday next week ...so now it should go ahead (only been waiting 3 years :rotfl::rotfl:)

So.....Before I go to bed tonight I need to clean out the more stinky piggies (phwwwaawwwwww!!!)

    And Tomorrow I need to
    a) Bait the compost bins as there is a rather large blackish rat:eek: in residence (I thought his tail was a slow worm at first but then realised it was the tail end of a rather larger than normal mammal :eek:........euk!!!!!!)
    b) Ring Numpty for a conflab about something (no worries judgin by the emails Hun ;))
    c) dead-head all my hanging baskets which are looking very sorry for themselves through lack of attention subsequent to Horace's kind ministrations just prior to The Rave :o
    d) order a new chest freezer for Piggie Palace so I can store more home-grown produce...as I have no more freezer space left ..... but loads of tupperware waiting in the fridge for -20deg C places ;)
    e) Urgently sort out replies to the solicitors/Ombudsman's communications etc etc if I am not to lose my current position ;)

Tonight I had my first "proper" meal since the night before The Rave - salmon fillet, new potoatoes and fresh green beans from the garden....really made a change from eating ratatouille/veg soup....(.i.e. batch cooking) each night

There's other significant stuff as well which I will report over the next few days. Bottom line is....The Only Way is Up :T:beer::j:D

Right must toddle off and change the worst of the stinky pigs :rotfl:
Well OK - so the kitchen is now a bomb site - que sera sera.......just a little something else to sort out tomoz :rotfl:

Night night all - sleep well

    xxxx

P.S. Sorry - no update yet on Smashed's nail - have left her messages so hopefully tomorrow there will be some good news :rotfl:
