Loopy I think his partner is likely to start throwing tantrums again and denying access if he tries to alter the amount he is paying her but we will try anyway and still keep the solicitor appt for friday too.

She may need reminding that her child is entitled tio spend time with both parents and if she tries to mix maintenance and contact the courts will not look kindly on her.

it sounds like she's a control freak when it comes to contact, so chances are a trip to court will be needed when the csa tell her she'll be getting a lot less than she is now.

unfortunately a lot of pwc use the child/ren as pawns in their sick games.

Still under tribunal just now. CSA had got companies house details back in 2003 but didn't get accounts (when i supplied them in Jan 2010). Surely they can go to CH at anytime

Did we get an answer to this?

Nope long saga. They have all my evidence now. Long drawn out process due to the carrier pigeon delivering correspondence 25 miles up the road and getting lost. I have asked them to send me smoke signals instead

So basically the CSA can go to CH and get the accounts? So by not giving them then would only presumably delay things?

In my opinion they could have but chose the word of someone else. Long story but will come out eventually. I have referred my case to ICE. I didn't think i could challenge any of their decisions as i wasn't clued up but i am now.
Ok scenario they asses me with additional income from dividends (wait a year or so to implement it then use the same figure for another year. I call to complain on several occasions. If i was them they have plenty of resource to find anything out working with partner organizations but chose not to. According to complaints they did nothing wrong .
