Wonder if anyone has tried suing them? If it's even possible. It seems the watchdog doeasn't keep either party happy, as I know Royal Mail complain about them.0

Mine is hit and miss, you etiher can't get through for days or else you get through on first ring.
Now i use my delivery office to send my parcels I can see why. Although the queue is very much shorter than the normal PO there are a lot of issues for the staff (often only one person) to deal with from lost items, to specials that have disappeared. they also take in bulk mail like mine, or even (with much grumblings) full bags of parcels to be stamped. of course people do
but one phone line vs 10,000's of customers means its never going to be answered for everyone0
