Consumer Focus Wales, the Welsh office of the consumer watchdog, is collecting examples of financial language that customers find confusing so that it can try and persuade banks to make language simpler for their customers.

What terms have you read recently that just didn’t make sense? Let it know and it’ll decide the worst examples over the summer.

    Recently tried to work out my gas bill, with the bill in front of me and could not get the same final total as the gas company, this is not because I'm to thick to work it out its just to confusing for people like me.
