Tar looking poo in my garden

Thanks, I have been blaming the cat and was thinking of putting moth walls on the lawn for the cats. I guess, besides having to clean racing pigeons poos, I have to clean hedgehog as well. I wish I could take a gun to the pigeons.0

We get all sorts in our garden and to be honest I welcome the fact that wildlife feels so at home
Mind you, the muntjac deers are going to take a toll on the shrubbery. 0 -
Sounds like badger poo. We have a badger who (for some unknown reason) has taken a disliking to one of the box balls in the front garden and poos right on top of it!
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

No, fox poo is bigger

Cherry, just think of all the slugs and snails that little hedgehog is eating.
Bad news - I was just reading up on hedgehogs (I have 2 or 3 in the garden), and apparently beetles are their food of choice, and slugs are last call if they get really hungry .... which would explain whey they always seemed to walk straight past a juicy-looking slug when I've been watching. Worse than that, some of those beetles would have eaten the slugs.
Still - they are fun to watch
