Welcome Finance have cocked up again

I wrote in here that on sometime ago that I won my case against Welcome Finance to get my PPI back and was due some refund. WE some problems have happened in October 2009 I moved address and changed my address with Welcome Finance. So when the cheque was released the ended up sending to my old address and even though they did send a statement to me before the cheque was released to my new address.

To top it off in February when Welcome changed the account number a debt collection agency started chasing me for the the full of the amount of the loan that I was paying and it was up to date.

So have this been sorted now with the DCA?

I have just been on the phone today and they have told me that they are sending a new cheque out today so I should receive it within the next 5 - 7 days. They haven't told me how much it is, but even it is a £100 I would be glad. Better to be in my pocket then theirs.

Finally got it sorted out since my last post. I have been given two cheques totalling just over £800. The second one is a good will gesture for all the cocking about that they have caused. Going in my bank tomorrow. Also came at the right time as I am going away in a couple of weeks time with the family for a weekend break so can make it a good one.
