Suggestions for improving 1st Central

I've just had an email back from 1st Central in response to some recommendations I made for them to improve their service / keep to commitments they have made on MSE.
They acknowledge that they need to make changes and have advised me they will be amending their FAQs to help customers more (Hopefully making it clear they do not cover policyholders for driving other cars). Apparently they are performing their reviews over the next few months (Hopefully they will keep to the promise they made 14 months ago to do this).
How about we help them with making sensible suggestions on how to improve their customer service, cover, claims and website etc.
Please feel free to post sensible suggestions (We can keep the non complimentary comments for the other 1st Central threads). Comments from insurance bods and especially customers would be great.
Hopefully your comments may result in what is undoubtly a shambles of a company turning themselves around, so your comments could really help and may help prevent future customers experiencing the same problems you have had to endure.
1st Central do read threads about them on MSE so your comments could make a difference

Would it be easier to compile a list of there major issues, not in an attempt to batter them as a company but by highlighting the major problems its often then easier to come up with a solution. Maybe those that have had a dealings with them can list the top 3 things they had issue with and vice versa if it was a good experience do likewise. Once a list is compiled its easier then to evaluate it and provide posative solutions.
I know people have had problems but if they start this process and follow it through they have to be commended for it.0 -

A list of top three things could help, equally posting individual issues / recommendations could may also help as someone may have had only one problem. For instance there are posters who have received IN10 convictions as they did not realise driving other cars was not covered. They might suggest making this clear on the features and benefits page on comparison sites etc0 -
Knowing what we know about them, they ought to address the issues that have been highlighted here, and come back on here and give some sincere guarantees for prospective customers. (Bearing in mind they have falsely promised changes for over a year)
Luckily for them, they don't have to rely on drawing customers from the readers of MSE forums. (Why would anyone who has read about their "service" here from real life customers problems ever consider them?)
In truth they don't deserve a second chance, the only thing they seem "good" at is making soothing statements about how they take all feedback on board with a view to improving things. We regularly see those statements of intent, (presumably the OP has fallen for a similar line), yet problems continue to surface.
MSE should be saying "avoid", not helping them with seemingly positive publicity!0
