Barclaycard 0% for life (from several years ago)

Does anyone know if Barclaycard has sneakily changed their terms and conditions, or are they trying it on?
I took out a barclaycard a few years ago when they were doing the 0% for life as long as you spend at least 1p every month. It's all been working well up to this month, when they've charged me £3.58 interest on the balance transfer despite the fact that I spent 20p on the card this month. I've sent them a secure message to see what they're playing at...
They've also charged me £0.98 on the standard balance even though they say the minimum is £1 so I think something has changed on their system.
£3.58 isn't a lot I know - but I don't want to pay it if I don't have to.

Providing you've got your original written / signed agreement and they haven't sent you any letters about any changes, then I would imagine you can argue this.0
