123reg website builder problems

hi don't know whehter it should be this board or the vent board, but basically we manage a small village pub and have bought a domain name and also last week bought their site builder to develop a website it cost us £60. any way the front page of the website that we can develop on has got headers which aren't really personal enough for a village pub, their designs have pictures of business people drinking coffee etc whereas i would like just a plain page with our picture of the pub etc on it. i have emailed twice to support in the last week and they haven't got back to me to support me in my requests. first question is how long should i expect from them to get back to me? and they also have a 0900 number for me to call them which costs 50 a min which i refuse to pay. could you advise me on any other action? thankyou
