cant read the far right of my pms

Tthey are overlaid by the text on the far right that run down the lenghth of the site page that say tools,latest mse news,etc

What's the resolution of your monitor ? I get the same problem if I set mine to a ridiculous 800 * 600, but at native resolution of 1280 * 1024 it's OK.0

Firstly, what size monitor do you have ? If it is 17" or above, it should be able to display at least 1024 * 768, likely 1280 * 1024.
Minimise everything and right-click on the desktop, then choose properties. Then choose Settings and let us know what the resolution of your monitor is and the size and suggestions can be made as to what it shouldbe running at
