    Hi
I have never moved my driving license to reflect my new address and I want to get this corrected, however I don't want to find that my potentially bad credit history from this address affects my credit rating which I have worked so hard to correct (it is not linked in my current credit history)

Do the DVLA share address history with the reference agencies?!

    Thanks

not directly- but on your own addmitance you could be fined up to £1000 for not providing your current details

You must have been listening to a different BBC News than I listened to.

I heard them say that phone, IT and other companies will be required to keep a record of EVERY call, email, transmission, etc for a set period but specifically NOT to monitor (ie listen or read) them unless it was believed they were of criminal or terrorist interest.

Your phone calls to your Granny are still going to stay secret (unless your Granny is an international terrorist suspect)!
