Hi ya
I bought a tshirt for my oh and followed the washing instructions on the label and noticed that the design on the fron has warn off just after wearing and washing it once.
Unfortunately i cannot find the receipt but it has the store name on the label and it's about 2 weeks ago that i bought it.
What can i do bout it - will be taking it to the store of course.
Thanks

Without proof of purchase you may find things difficult and you'll be relying on the store's goodwill. After all there's no evidence of when you purchased it, if it was you who is the consumer, or whether it was in fact purchased in the first place and not "obtained by other means".0

I bouth other items aswell so the bank statement will only show the total amount paid and not for the individual item0

Which is why I said "proof of purchase".
You didn't indicate what would constitute proof of purchase though, it was just the way that I read your post so my apols.
Nadmaj, that should be better than nothing. Be polite but firm and I am sure you will get your money back.Thinking critically since 1996....0
