7UP WEEKLY COMP - WEEK ONE THEME IS - 'FUN WITH FRIENDS'
Starts 13th August and ends on the 5th November 2010 (12 x Weekly competitions) Notice there is already some pics in the Gallery !
Share your simple pleasures with us and win a Polariod TWO Instant Digital Camera as well as other great goodies. Must upload a photo that represent the theme of the week eg. WEEK ONE - Photo with friends on holiday in the pool because it reminds me of messing around without a care in the world!

1) Competition open to all UK residents aged 16 and over. Employees and their immediate families of Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd. and its associated companies, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are excluded from entry.
2) There are 12 x weekly competitions. The first weekly competition will open 13.08.2010. The closing date for the final weekly competition is 05.11.2010.
3) There will be 1 x winner each week who will win a Polaroid TWO camera. Winners will be notified the Thursday after the respective competition has closed.
4) To enter the competition, upload a photograph to https://www.7upsimplepleasures.co.uk that represents the theme of the week as specified by the promoter and provide your personal details (name/address/age/contact details).
5) On entering the competition entrants accept that their photographs will be shared on the site and made public through digital media and 7Up marketing campaigns
6) The competition will be judged at the end of each weekly promotional period. All entries received will be reviewed by a panel of employees from the promoter. An Independent judge will be present to ensure that the specified criteria are strictly adhered to. Each winner will be asked on confirmation of winning to agree to all competition terms and conditions.
7) The winning entry will be chosen based on the photo that best represents the theme of that week and brings to life the ‘Simple Pleasure’ that the week’s theme is based on.
8) There is no limit to the amount of times you can enter the competition. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
9) No cash or other prize alternatives are available and the prizes are only available to the winners.
10) The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11) The winners’ names and counties will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to 7Up Simple Pleasures Facebook Competition, xxxxxxx
12) The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.
13) The promoter is Britvic Soft Drinks, Broomfield Road, Chelmsford, ESSEX, CM1 1TU.
