Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open to anyone with the exception of employees of Capital Shopping Centres and Victoria Centre's on site service providers and anyone professionally associated with this competition, who completes the entry form on https://www.victoriacentre.uk.com. No purchase required. Only one entry per person.
2. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to accept these rules and agree that the decision of Victoria Centre is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
3. All entry instructions will form part of these terms and conditions.
4. The prizes are subject to availability.
5. To enter please complete the official entry form available on https://www.victoriacentre.uk.com
6. The closing date for entry is 19th September 2010. Victoria Centre will not consider entries received after this date and time.
7. The winner is eligible for one (1) family ticket for Disney on Ice at Trent FM Arena Nottingham for Friday 1st October at 7pm. The family pass accomodates 4 people.
8. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the prizes. The prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.
9. The prize winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person.
10. Trent FM Arena Nottingham reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
11. No personal information submitted by entrants will be passed to any third party. Except those requesting more information from Trent FM Arena Nottingham and National Ice Centre.
12. The prize winners may be required to take part in some promotional activity as a condition of receiving the prize, e.g. publicity photos.
13. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
14. If the winner is under the age of 18, winners must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
15. The lucky winner will be notified by email or phone (depending on details supplied) by Victoria Centre after the competition closing date. The winner will be required to collect their prize from Trent FM Arena Nottingham before the show on Friday 1st October.
16. The prize winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an SAE to the following address: 'Disney on Ice Competition', Marketing Department, Centre Management Office, 222 Victoria Centre, Nottingham, NG1 3QN
17. Victoria Centre accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by an entrant resulting from entering this competition or by the entrant's acceptance of the prize. Nothing shall exclude Victoria Centre's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud.
18. This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
