NTL??? Going back to SKY!!!

I had Ntl installed on thursday, knew that it would be a couple of hours before the channels were on, but after nearly 4 and a half hours phoned them to query why i had nothing.
I was told the signal had been sent out fine, kept on hold while they phoned another dept. to be told that i had a faulty box and that an engineer would contact me to arrange an appointment for the next morning to swap the box.
Waited in all afternoon and following morning for engineer to contact me and come out, at 2 0' clock i went out as i don't deem 2pm to be in the morning.
I phoned NTL back this morning to see if someone could come out today and sort it out, was kept on hold for 45 minutes before my call was answered, i got no explanation as to why nobody turned up yestaerday and have been booked an appointment for monday afternoon, which i was informed if i miss my appointment i will be charged £10, so i am paying for a service that i'm not getting and to top it all of if i'm not in when the engineer decides to turn up i also have the pleasure of paying them an extra tenner.
I think not, one very dissatisfied NTL customer who's going back to SKY!!:mad:
