norton ghost or bounceback express ?

have just bought a new external hard drive (seagate) which came bundled with bounceback express , but someone has recommended norton ghost to me .My question is which is the better program ? at the moment I'm quite anti nortons as it seems to have slowed my pc to a crawl.
Is it worth shelling out £££ for nortons or is the BB sufficient ?

Thanks for any replies

No idea about BB, but Acronis TrueImage is better than Ghost in my opinion and only costs around £16 (on Amazon). It's definitely lighter than Ghost, and more functional.

Yup, Ghost shows all the usual Norton rubishosity. I installed it and one day it just stopped working - no error messages as to why. Acronis TrueImage is simpler to use and works fine.
