Can anyone advise me whether they have received a refund yet from Theme Park Tickets Direct. We purchased 3 in June and are not going to receive them in time for our holiday. TPTD VERY unhelpful. Eventually said they will give refund but having looked at other comments about this company I don't know whether this is true. I am a little purturbed that a link on this site is taking people straight through to this company as they are not giving customers what they have paid for and plenty of other customers have complained not only on this website but also others. DO NOT USE THEME PARK TICKETS DIRECT.
