MBNA - I'm Furious

Rant alert!!
I've just had my statement from MBNA for August. It's a very old account which I'm paying off - I pay the min payment by DD & then at least another £30-£50 by either standing order or Faster payment.
In June - the DD bounced, my own fault which I fully take responsibility for. The DD was due out on 2nd but I didn't get paid until the 3rd when I did a faster payment for both the DD amount and also a faster payment of £30 - so total of £65.38.
The July statement came and had 3 default sums of £12 on there... I would accept 1 but really 3??!! I phoned and asked them to refund 2 as I had actually made payments. They did this for me but also asked me to make a random payment of £11 odd... which I did by debit card.
However, the August statement has just come and the amounts I paid by faster payment are STILL not on there. I phoned and ended up in an call centre chatting to some poor sod who had no idea what I was on about. Foreign call centres are sooooo not a good idea
Eventually after asking if I was sure the Faster Payments went through (erm, yes, that's why I'm calling you) he gave me another number to call - the banking department apparantly... but they only open Mon-Fri, 9-5
Luckily I'm not in the office in the morning so I can call them but if I was in work, how in the name of God am I meant to contact them? If it wasn't for the fact I'm a spreadsheet psycho, I might never have noticed the missing £65.
The thing that has really wound me up is the message on the statement in bold capitals - "YOU HAVE FAILED TO MAKE A MINIMUM PAYMENT - FAILING TO MAKE YOUR MINIMUM PAYMENT blah, blah"
Bunch of numpties
