ppi help

Hi, I am new on here and this is my first post.
I bought a car through welcome finance and was mis-sold ppi. I have sent all the template letters and they have agreed they are in a position to refund the ppi if i sign a new agreement. Last year i found a mistake on an invoice whereby they had not taken off the price of the part-exchange vehicle, I have written to them and they do not reply, I dont want to sign a new agreement as this will make their mistake ok. I have been to trading standards, FO, and FLA and none of these can help. Where do I go from here any ideas?

If this was whilst they were under the FSA regulations (if they are) and they have not addressed your complaint then the FOS would be your next step. It is a consumer credit complaint I would think so the OFT should help also. What was the date that this mistake occurred? Perhaps you could sign a new agreement so as not to lose your PPI refund and then take the matter of the original agreement up seperately? I am not too sure though how you would stand for the Credit agreement complaint depending on the date it happened????? A difficult one.
Hopefully someone else will come along to give their view and maybe help you further.0
