PRAISE- Tripp Luggage

I'd just like to post about some excellent customer service received from Tripp luggage.
I purchased a holdall in Debenhams on Friday half price in the sale, got it home and the little key for the padlock was missing - inside the bag was a leaflet saying to contact them with any questions

I phoned at 4.30pm and explained that I had bought the last bag in Debenhams so couldn't ask them for a replacement - no problem said Carole, I'll pop you another on in the post.
9.30 am saturday morning, envelope arrived with new padlock, key and a make up bag by way of an apology

I honestly could not believe it - such excellent customer service is very rare in this day and age, so I felt it needed acknowledging.

I've got a Tripp set too, I couldn't believe the size of the suitcase when it arrived, I had loads of room for souvenirs to bring home :cool:

I absolutely love Tripp.. Now i have a Tripp suitcase i will never use another company for luggage.

They even agreed to exchange my 6 month old suitcase which was too small for my requirements!:j
