Hi there,
I've just been looking at my Direct Debits on my account and don't recognise one to "E P & N B C" for aout £100. Has anyone got any ideas what it is please?

Ask the bank to do an originator search and give you the name/address of the originator. They can do this. If they say they can't they are telling fibs
