insurance / extended warrenties

I was wondering if anyone can help please ? I bought a kitchen from MFI ! and have had no problems until now my oven door has broken and I did take out insurance with MFI ( new Hampshire insurance 5yr guarantee) but don't know if they have any of my details or if I would still be covered and the only new Hampshire insurance I can find is in America ... can you help please

If the name of the insurance company is the only thing you've got, you could try searching on Companies House website (companieshouse.gov.uk then click on Web Check).

I've done a quick search and found three companies on there with a name of "New Hampshire Insurance Company"...two have been marked as removed but the third still seems active:

If you click on the company number on the WebCheck search results page you can access a list of documents filed for the company, I think you have to pay £2 per document. If you download their annual return you'll get some contact details for them including registered address. There may or may not be a telephone number present too, alternatively directory enquiries should then be able to help.
