Travel Insurance

Hi all,

Can anyone advise me on my query?

My Daughter who is under 2 is travelling to Cyprus with her grandparents on Wednesday for a week, will i need to get her travel insurance?

I've looked online and can't find any info.

    You should apply for an EHIC card, but I doubt you will get it in time.

    Do your grandparents have travel insurance, would it cover family?

    As lisyloo says medical treatment can be expensive. Many take a chance, but I would not leave home without cover. It could be a very expensive mistake.

    She still needs insurance however children under 2 can quite often be added to an adult policy free of charge, see if her grandparents can add her to there own travel insurance
