Well done to get it over. I did it last monday and I was so glad to get it over with. I did have to see judge but it was not too bad.
Still waiting to find out when my interview is, will be glad to get that over with too as it still lt feels a bit strange.

It'll probably feel a bit strange for a while - after all, it is a new thing to be on the road to financial freedom after what has probably been months, if not years, of bearing an overwhelming burden. And a burden that may have driven one to suicidal thoughts as well. It seems eerily strange; or it did to me anyway. I kept having little "wake-up!" moments and thinking that I'd forgotten something...! :) I almost felt like a turtle (don't worry, boys, I don't LOOK like a turtle...), who'd suddenly slipped out of its massively-heavy shell...

Probably the hardest bit for me was to properly learn that my attitude shouldn't be "Woo hoo! A lucky escape for me - I can spend, spend, spend again!!!", to recognise that I'd put myself in serious financial jeopardy and to learn my lesson and never, ever do it again. That's what I struggled with. But I'm definitely wiser now - and even grateful for the experience as, wretched though it was/is, it stopped my debts from getting EVEN worse and will help me to build a better future for myself (and Jasper) in the long-term.

Enjoy a good, relaxed night's sleep tonight, Frank1 (and HardUp!) - you deserve it!

    R & J xxx
