i can not believe in how quick that was! my appointment was at 09:00 and i arrived there at that time but i was at the wrong place (i went to the magistrates but should off gone to the court house!).so i was running 5 mins late,i ran as fast as i could and before i knew it i was in a room with the court officer,he went through my paperwork and that was all good, took my money (he even made a joke at that point),sent me upstairs to the waiting room and told me to wait for the judge to look at my paperwork.10 mins later the usher handed me a file and said i was now bankrupt! went back downstairs and handed the file to the court officer,5 mins later i had a short telephone interview with the OR and that was it!!!! all in all it took 35 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
a big thankyou to everyone who has helped me and i will keep everyone updated of whats to come (and try to help others in the same situation as i have been):beer::beer:

Well done Frank - I'm so glad for you that it's done now.
Never a good thing to have to do - but it must be a relief. Nice to have a genial face in the person of the Court Officer too; that can make all the difference.
How does it feel, being able to breathe again normally now?!
Keep us posted (and don't get into debt again in the future, naturally...:D)
