What qualifies as a Purchase for 0% interest?

Quick question, I have the new Tesco credit card and it has 0% interest on purchases for 13 months. If I used it to pay an estate agent the agent fees would this qualify for 0% ?
The agent is fine to take the payment via card BTW.

Yes, should be fine.

Cash transactions are cash out of the ATM or over the counter (including forex) and gambling transactions. Anything else (except interest and charges levied by the CC itself) is a purchase.

Cash transactions? I wouldn't be handing over any phisical cash. Just give them the card details in order for them to take the amount electronically.

Im bad at all these terms so please explain if I can do this and get the 0% interest

Exactly, basically a purchase is anything that is not cash!

Hand him the card, he gets you to type in the PIN, out comes the receipt. Like in a shop. Or he might just want cardholder details on a form or something.

Just ensure you agree with the amount you are signing for and keep the receipt or a copy of whatever you signed. If signing something they produced, make sure it's not a recurring authority unless that is your intention.
