Creamfields Tickets from Skiddle!!

I bought some tickets back in May. However the situation has changed and I cannot make the event. So I rang Skiddle up to ask for a refund and they said they don't offer refunds and I'm better off selling them. The event starts on the 28 of this month and I havent recioeved the tickets yet. I keep phoning them up but they say the same thing 'they should be arriving at the office shortly'. What shall I do? I dont want to lose out!!
