I've just looked at every single one of them. Not one of them has a prediction in it. You are merely responding to other people, mainly talking about current graphs.

Show me a prediction. One which states "I believe house prices will be at x value at x time, my reasons are Y".

    Graham,

In this post I clearly state
Either a 22% drop is required now or less than 15% over 3 years

That's puttting a figure and a timeline and showing why I thought so

I may have not said pedantically "I predict" but it was a statement I believed in and before the correction completed.

I also recall a post that Chucky pulled out of the depths from Late 2008, where I mentioned that come sring the market could turn.
Wasn't far out in that either was I.

Now I'm not going to get into semantics with you, I've clearly learned from past experiences with you (hence my signature) and from others than many things have been explained to you over the years which you either choose to or fail to understand

On the off chance I am still around in 2012 I will delete two of the above, and then link to the one that makes me look like a genius.

Don`t forget to delete this one too.

And I must remember to delete this post, otherwise your plan will be ruined.

    Genius idea though.
