Using nectar points for alton towers

hi all,
am planning on going to alton towers for 2 days at the end of the summer holiday and going to use my nectar points (10000pts) to pay just trying to find out if you can buy family passes, 2 day tickets or use 241 vouchers aswell the information desk was useless. Has anyone used these
