Our gnomes are a curious bunch, but they’re not shy. Follow these simple rules to rendezvous with a gnome near you.

1. Starting from Wednesday 4th August we’ll be posting hints and clues on our Facebook and Twitter pages to reveal the Gnome’s location on the following Saturday.
2. A new Gnome will appear in a different city across the UK every 2 weeks until the end of October so there are lots of opportunities to spot one.
3. The Gnomes will be looking to make friends each Saturday between 11am and 3pm. They’ve only got little legs, so expect to find them near a Links of London store.
4. If you find a Gnome, take a picture of yourself with them and then visit the nearby Links of London store to claim your Links of London friendship bracelet. You can find the address of the nearest store inside the gnome.
5. Don’t worry if you can’t get to a city with a Gnome, if you’re lucky, you’ll find Bytesize Howie on the Links of London website. To show you’ve found him, download his picture to your computer and then change your Facebook profile picture to Howie’s photo and post us a link.

Day 1, Clue 1 - Little ‘Un has turned green. Don’t worry, he’s not sick – it’s his way of showing his support for the NSPCC. Being a big kid at heart, with an insatiable curiosity, he’s prone to wander off. Will you be able to spot him when he disappears from our Manchester store this Saturday between 11 and 3pm?

Day 2, Clue 2 - Little ‘Un finds it difficult to walk past the John Rylands Library without popping in. He also loves the cinema a bit further down the street. But this Saturday books and films will be only part of the story as he immerses himself in technology old and new.

clue 1 - luminous louie the barfly is a man about town who’s not too shy, but where might you find him on saturday between 12 and 3pm?

day 2 - luminous louie really comes alive at night but he does sometimes hang around the bars near our store on south anne street store on a saturday afternoon. Just to be seen and, of course, photographed.

glasgow hunt clue 1 - tallulah pop up holds some unconventional positions, and when she gets up on her high horse (about modern art for instance) don’t expect her to climb down. But where might you find her on saturday near our glasgow store?

clue 1 - stella stardust gnome’s three favourite things: Celebrities, bracelets and going out. She’s particularly at home in chichi bars, where little legs make ducking under velvet ropes and jumping queues a cinch. She’s hitting birmingham this saturday between 11am and 3pm, so keep your eyes open for her.

clue 2 - stella stardust has heard about the new cat deeley-designed bracelet so this saturday she’ll be out on her ceaseless quest for beautiful things. Find her somewhere near chinatown and the theatres of birmingham to win an exclusive links of london bracelet.

clue 3 - stella stardust loves to hang out in the arcadian area of birmingham. Catch her outside her favourite bar between 11am and 3pm when she’ll be relaxing after a hard morning’s shopping!
