Praise: Tesco Direct

just a quick email to praise tesco direct's cs
i recently bought some protein shakes powder from tesco direct. the sci mx website says that from the 1kg tub, you should get 20 50gm servings using the scoop provided (the tub says to use one 'rounded' scoop per serving).
the tub is only half full to start with and didn't look like it'd last 20 servings, so right from the start i was using levelled off scoops instead of rounded ones, to try and make it stretch.
i ended up getting 14 servings from it and i felt a little short changed (tub is nearly £18). after serving 14, there was only a negligible amount of product left in the tub, barely enough to even make half a shake. i fired off an email to tesco direct and this morning received an apology and a £4.50 refund to cover the 6 servings that i missed out on.
considering they could have told me to take it up with the manufacturer (which i have anway), i was pleasantly surprised to receive a 25% refund.
this was my first purchase from them and i have to say i am impressed.
