Sainsbury's Travel Insurance

Hey Everyone!

Sainsbury's travel insurance seems pretty cheap if you have the 25% discount (if you have a nectar card and apply on their website) plus a possible £15 cashback from TCB....but they have some abysmal reviews online. Has anyone had any dealings with them and know whether they are generally ok or not very helpful if you have a claim? Before I was with oinc.com who were quite good, but they dont offer an excess waiver anymore and I would prefer a policy that has an excess waiver and is fairly reasonable.
