hi, i'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but any help in clarifying would b great.
i ordered a beanbag cube from next, but i dont like it and would like to return it, its rather big and i'd rather get the courier to collect and return that take to post office(like i usually do)
Thats no problem, but i've never returned by courier before and i'm having a little difficulty in understanding their policy.
it says ..."if you return all your order and any of the items are collected by courier a £3.99 collection fee will be charged"
This is only part of an order so i take i will not be charged to return?
sorry for such a long rant but if its going to cost me i'll just take it to the post office.
thanks for any help:j

Is it a large beanbag? You may find royal mail will charge more.
If you know the dimensions/weight, you could go onto the royal mail website and they'll be able to tell you how much it would cost. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
all my other returns that i have done via post office have been free of charge?
i'm waiting to her back from next, i sent them an email this morning.let he without sin cast the first stone0 -

ahhhhh ok. you mean with a returns label. i apologise, i misunderstood and thought you meant paying for it yourself. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
well utterly confused now.
i emailed next to see if there would be a charge for returning via post office as the item is quite large, though not heavy.
they replied saying it is free but you cannot send back heavy or bulky items via this method.
also that i wont be charged for sending it back via courier as this new set of rules dont start until the end of august.
went on to book courier and it says they cannot return large or bulky items this way, but i dont know how my parcel was sent as it was left at my door. i've booked the courier anyway, so will see as there is no guidance for item size.let he without sin cast the first stone0
