Last week ordered perfume from H of F, however I received 2 'your parcel is out for delivery' emails from them, so assumed there was a problem with the original order or that they'd shipped the item twice. However when the deliveries arrived one was the perfume and one was for £150 worth of T-shirts. It was all addressed to me and it was only when you see the despatch note that I could find out who the delivery was for. I have emailed H of F and they have asked me to return it to them using the free delivery sticker. Am I ok to just put it in the post box with this label on, I simply don't have the energy (am 39weeks pregnant) to queue up and get a receipt for posting etc, but don't want to end up getting charged for these items.

If you want to be sure, insist on a collection or written confirmation that a letter box is ok and you wont be held liable. You are expected to go to reasonable lengths but being pregnant, i would agree that long hot queue's with crying babies, Frank Gallaghers collecting their doll and smelly old farts isnt that reasonable.Back by no demand whatsoever.0
