Tesco Clubcard Credit Card Transactions?

How long do they take to show up on your online statement?

Have been waiting a good few days for even the first item to show up now.

I noticed that too, the first one took about a week for me, but I've had transactions show up much more quickly.
If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.

I guess i'll sit tight for a while then see if they show up.

While i'm at it: You get 0% for 12 months. When does the 12 months end?

If you apply on say, 1-Aug-2010, does it end 1-Aug-2011?

Is it 12 months from when you get your card?

When does the 12 month period end?

That's a good question, if I was being optimistic I would say it was from when you activated the card, but I'm not so I'm working on the assumption that it'll be from when I applied.

It can depend on the retailer, when it comes to purchases appearing. Same as all cards I've had, could be a day, could be a week, or even a month.

As for the 12 months. 2 months before it's due to finish you will see a message on the first page under important information, which gives the date your 12 months end.

Mine finishes tomorrow 10th August. I was told on 10th June on my statement it was due to end on 10th August.

Payments have just shown up. I wonder if they show on the Monday of the following week as this seems the case with both mine and my g/f's cards at the moment.

Every day there's a fresh question lol.

Just in the process of switching my accounts about to maximise stoozing profit.

Anyway, how do credit cards & eBay go? ....

I'm new to the credit card side of things. I know if you withdrawn from an ATM machine, you get hammered with the rates.

    2 questions though...

    1. What about buying on eBay using your credit card as default payment?

    2. What about paying your seller fees off with a credit card?

Will either of the above incur some similar charge?

Just wondered if the above incurred fees similar to withdrawing from a cash machine? May sound a daft question, but i'm not totally sure.

Ebay fees and PayPal transactions are charged as purchases so no cash associated fees - they'll count in your 12 month interest free.

Also you can PayPal a friend money, ask them to withdraw the cash from their paypal account and send it back to you, and hey presto, interest free cash :D Although; you do have to pay a small paypal fee.

How about if you send it via gift?

So in theory, i could paypal the full 2.25k allowance i have to my g/f, transfer to her bank from there, withdraw & then pay into say, a lloyds vantage account?

& then do that with a few more 0% cards & before you know it you're performing "back-door" Super Balance Transfers???

Or am i wrong? Is there a catch?
