I have a few hours in my otherwise hectic schedule in which to tidy. No energy, less enthusiasm. HHC at 7.30 anyone?

Thanks Toots, you just put into words exactly how I'm feeling, but telling him that is another matter... He came in from work poorly though and so has gone to bed already - quite honestly I was relieved lol

Got most things done today, just need to have a quick wipe around the kitchen and grab the last few bits off the washing line, and feed bub at 10 then its bed time for me.

    Sweet dreams everyone x

Mount washmore is no more (last load in now) but mount foldmore is growing :rotfl: Miss A and W have put several piles of folded stuff away in their drawers.

Had a break from it all this lunchtime with a catch up picnic with the SS mob down at the local park, was good to see them all as they are going on hols to various locations for the next week to 2 weeks.

Caravan all cleaned out, a couple of small jobs needed to be done before I put it back in storage. Need to see if I can get one of these mobile chaps to come out and give it a service as well.

Mumto5 glad DD1 is home safe - dont you dare be worrying about me - I am certainly old enough to worry about myself:rotfl: (((hugs))))
Boddy well done with the tai chi - hope you feel some benefit too xx
Hellyboo maybe thats why he had such a bad day yest - the bug might have been working on him. The right time to speak to him will come so just rehearse in your head how the conversation might go and you will feel better prepared to tackle things. - Sleep well.

    An update on today's work.

Took DS and DD shopping today for school shoes, football boots, slippers and other bits and pieces. IMHO school uniforms should be replaced by a dress code. I spent just over £100 on the pair of them on Monday and despite this most of their clothes are hand me downs. Add to this about the same again for footwear - it's ridiculous! Why do girls need special blue socks for PE in winter and then white ones in summer? Why can't teachers learn their names instead of relying on the printed surname emblazoned on the back of their special sweatshirt? (I'm a teacher too before anyone blasts me for that last bit.)Different types of shirt for boys and girls so very careful family planning required before that one gets handed down!

Anyway, off my soap box. I have made a start on the study. The floor is now visible and most of the clutter is out in the corridor ready to be rehomed tomorrow. Kitchen and living room are still tidy.:A

Eurgh, someone throw a mule at me or something please. The last 2 nights I've got in about 8pm then slobbed about for a couple hours before going to bed. I do not want to spend this weekend cleaning again! Trouble is I'm whacked and feel like crawling into bed now.
Hope everyone else is doing ok, not had chance to read all the way back over todays posts yet.
